  1. Yes, traffic coming from search engines is definitely good quality. Also, if you can get those high rankings for good keywords the hits just keep on coming!

    However it can be tricky getting to those positions and you can end up wasting a lot of time trying to attain them. That's why I think it's a good idea to put a good proportion of your effort into social media. You can get immediate clicks from this, and it helps with SEO in the long run anyway.
